Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every purchase is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. This covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship, though it does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
