At Alder Jewellers, we want you to treasure your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn pieces. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
